Return & Refunds Policy

At Flook Lifestyle, we strive to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience from start to finish. However, we understand that sometimes plans change — here’s how cancellations and refunds work.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, please email us at support@flooklifestyle.com with your order ID. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can choose to reject the package upon delivery, and we’ll process a refund once the product returns to our warehouse, as per the following conditions:

  • For Prepaid Order: Refund will be processed after deduction of Rs 49/- for covering 2-way shipping charges.
  • For COD Order: No refund applicable. Partial COD Fee of Rs 49/- is non-refundable.

Return & Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Returns are not accepted for accessories, sale items, or limited-edition drops unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

In case of manufacturing defects/printing defects:

If you receive an item with a manufacturing or printing defect, the item can be returned and:

  • Exchanged for the same item/any other item of the same or lower value. (In case an item of the lower value is selected, the difference is price will be compensated with a store credit equal to the difference value
  • Exchanged for an item of higher value by paying the difference amount using UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card
  • A store credit of the same value will be provided which can be redeemed in the next 1 year
  • Refund of the exact same amount will be credited back to original payment method (in case of prepaid orders), or to a given bank account (in case of COD orders)

The exchange/issue of store credit/refund will be processed after the item is received back in our warehouse and passes through a quality check, to ensure the item is in the right condition.

In case of other issues; such as size issues or if you don't like to item:

If you face size issues, you can opt for either of the following:

  • Return and exchange for a different size of the same item.
  • Return and exchange for a different item.
  • Return and get a store credit of the same value which can be redeemed in the next 1 year.

In case if you don't like the item or if you have any other issues, you can opt for the following:

  • Return and exchange for a different item.
  • Return and get a store credit of the same value which can be redeemed in the next 1 year.

To initiate a return/exchange, please email support@flooklifestyle.com with your order ID and a brief reason for return.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed to your preferred UPI/bank account (you’ll be asked to share details via email).
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Email us at support@flooklifestyle.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach a photo or video clearly showing the issue.
  3. Our team will resolve it immediately through a replacement or full refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank or payment provider first.
  • It may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
    If the issue persists, contact us at support@flooklifestyle.com, and we’ll assist you right away.
